TRC's client is an established financial institution looking for a Loan Servicing Associate to join their team in the Raleigh, NC area.

- Monday through Friday, 8a-5p schedule

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:
- Maintain business, commercial, and consumer loans, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and update records and systems accordingly.
- Assist with various operational tasks such as receiving / processing payments, opening mail, maintaining accounts, etc.
- Document daily activities accordingly, including but not limited to processing, reviewing, and distributing materials.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Prior financial institution experience
- Prior data entry experience with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with payment processing highly preferred
- Experience with lending systems and software applications (e.g., ALS - Advanced Lease Systems) preferred
